Important Note
Q: Why the small humidifier does not work?
A1: The cotton swab (filter) is not completely soaked.
It is used to absorb water to the top of the humidifier for atomization. If there is no spray. it is recommended to fully soak the cotton swab. especially when it is used for the first time or has not been operated on for a long time.
A2: Tap water or essential oil will cause the humidifier to clog.
Distilled water is recommended for this humidifier.
A3: Small humidifier will automatically shut off after 8 hours of operation.
It is recommended to refill water again and then turn on the humidifier.
A4: The cotton swab (filter) need to replace.
It is recommended to change the cotton filter every 1 to 3 months. depending on how frequently you use it.
